Say HELLO 👋🏼 to our new shop apprentice, Grant Anderson, from good ‘ole Clemson!!

Grant is a Sophomore and will be completing a 20 hour shop apprenticeship program at Cruz Outdoors focused on learning bicycle, skateboard and e-scooter mechanics and maintenance while also learning the ins and outs of our recreation business.

At 16, Grant is a confident, self motivated individual with 5 years Mountain Bike racing experience and a year of Road Cycling and…he is already quite handy with a wrench! 🔧 ✨

With the team he won the 8th-grade state championship in 2022, and took 3rd in the state for sophomores in 2024, ranking 20th on the East Coast. He has also raced several circuit races placing 2nd and 4th.

In road biking, he completed the 2024 ride across Iowa and was the 6th fastest cyclist on day 2!

Some of his favorite local trails are Dalton and Grinder at Issaqueena and trail 14 at Stumphouse.

As your local bike, skate and outdoor recreation shop, we are happy to provide opportunities for local youth, like Grant, to build skills and gain confidence to build a brighter future!

📣 Calling all skaters, bladers, bikers, riders!!! The Clemson Christmas Parade is this Thursday and we want YOU to be a part of it!!

Come join our festive troop on wheels as we roll through downtown Clemson shredding and spreading holiday cheer!!

We will meet on route 93 in front of Bowman Field between 5:30 and 5:50pm. Parade starts promptly at 6 PM. All you need to bring is your wheels and your festive spirit!

Holliday dress and lights encouraged! 🎄🎅🏽✨🎁 🚴‍♂️🛹🛼

We are #6 in the lineup!

If driving by car to Clemson, park in the parking garage downtown (near the end of parade route) and then make your way towards bowman field.

Parade route is about 1/2 mile.
