Happy Friday folks! We are at 41deg this Fall morning in Clarkston, Michigan 🥶 and we are loving it! We move around ALOT throughout the day and appreciate when cool weather comes. This past summer was VERY warm, so much so that we were a bit worried we were going to break our AC unit as it CONSTANTLY ran - yet we were still melting! We have some organizing to do in the studio today and so we definitely are welcoming this chill 🤪. Enjoy the weekend, and keep safe 💗

Had a great time last night learning about floral design via zoom with ! We give credit to all of the floral designers we partner with when collaborating on styled shoots. Flowers are such a vital part of an event! While we only touched on the basics, we realize that there is so much more that goes into the look & feel you are trying to achieve.

Customers photo 😍 We were just talking this morning about how incredibly grateful & honored we are to be part of our customer events!

We have lots plans for 2020...but..., yes there is a but 😅....some will be temporarily on hold as we received notice that our website host will be making changes and drastically increasing costs - upwards of 60% (yikes!). For now, we have opted to halt updating our site & product list until a final decision is made as to where our blushLULA.com site will live. This isn’t quite as easy a decision as we originally thought - not to mention moving a site with its product list to another format has it ‘s own fun challenges! For now, you can continue to place orders on the website (and of course on Etsy!). In the meantime, we will keep you posted on updates and our progress. Thank you for your patience as we navigate through this ❤️😊

What a fantastic way to repurpose fabric scraps! in Ann Arbor, MI. We often turn our scraps into sample cards but at times, have more scraps than we need. We love this creative upcycling idea! On 10/26, SCRAP Box will be having a fashion Reuse Runway which turns trash into fashion to promote reuse & recycling – to be held in Ann Arbor, MI.
