Ooey Gooey Butter Cake
Ingredients
1 16.5 ounce yellow cake mix
2 eggs
12 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 sticks melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping for cake:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Do not make this cake according to the directions on the cake mix box. Mix the cake mix, eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract by hand in a mixing bowl. Spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with cooking spray and press the cake mixture into the pan. This makes the bottom layer of the cake.
Mix the topping ingredients with a mixer and spread over bottom cake layer.
Bake cake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes until top of the cake is golden brown. Cut in squares to serve.

I’m making bread this Friday and Saturday . I’m taking orders , and can meet or deliver . I will have jalapeño cheddar, Italian herbs and mozzarella, everything , and sesame seed . These are about large hoagie sized loaves . And are 2 for $5 or 5 for $ 10 . I will also have my cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing , these are the size of a salad plate . And are $3 each. I will accept special orders on other bakery items as time allows . Please spread the word !! Thanks
