Heading out to Texas and California for the next few days for photoshoots! So thankful for everyone who continue to support me and trust my artistic vision for their sessions/weddings! I never want to be too comfortable. Yes, I am confident in what I do, but I am always hungry to the best I can be for all my clients!

If you had to ask me what my favorite part of a wedding day is, it may have to be the getting ready photos. The reason is, it may not be the most glamorous, perfect and most beautiful portrait, but it's the most real! You're nervous and excited and the emotions are so real! All proposals that I've had the honor to capture are memorable and I will always cherish them, but this one... Let's just say... I've seen so many YouTube videos of failed proposals... I had a bit of a heart attack when Edwin dropped the ring inside of the boat. The funny thing is, she never saw or heard him dropping the ring as I kept her distracted. In the end, SHE SAID YES!!!

Not gonna lie, to get a good ring shot ain't the easiest thing to do because you don't really have a lot of time throughout the day to do it, but when you get it right... It just hits different! , sponsor/hire me!

Anyone that knows me, knows that music was my first love. But as someone who loves music, country music isn't my top choice. However, John Denver was the first album that I bought with my own money! Yesterday, walking down the street, I heard... "Country roadddddd.... Take me homeeeee..." and was instantly reminded of this session! So.... ENJOY!

Looking through some of my out of state sessions as I prepare for other weddings in Maryland and California, I remembered how beautiful DC was! They are literally glowing!
Holy cow.... I woke up to so many inquiries this morning and I cannot express I am excited to see people getting married! 2022/2023 is already looking wild and I'm ready to get the party started!

A lot of people think that a photographer just has fun and goes out to take photos. You're not wrong, but the behind the scenes of all the editing... Usually takes longer than the shooting itself! This brings me to my point... I forgot how early the sun comes up here in washington! I hear the birds singing and the sun coming up at 4:45!

These last couple weeks have been insane! Shooting and editing over 20+ weddings later, no sleep, sore joints and muscles... I cannot feel anything besides thankfulness! Yes, I am busy... But who isn't? I am so grateful to have friends, couples, families, seniors and more that trust me and love what I do! I hope that everyone starts their week strong and take time to sit back and look at the things you're thankful for!

I am so happy to see more and more weddings happening these days! Not inky from a business standpoint, but to see people get to celebrate with their loved ones and have the wedding that they've always wanted it's amazing!!! But, I am also really happy to see people reevaluate what is most important to them and to have more intimate ceremonies/elopements. I don't think that one is better than the other as long as you are have an amazing time, feel loved and know that you're special! We are here to support you for life and I don't want you to know that, but to always feel that!

Holy crap its been a while since I've posted! I've been insanely busy with everything in life, but you know... All I can say is thank you to everyone for being patient, trusting me and allowing me to do what I love! I get to meet amazing people daily and capture memories forever!!! I miss everyone and love seeing things start opening up!!! Let's get yall married!!!
