Fill the truck challenge!! Art and I are organizing donation efforts with delivery to our neighbors right here in East Tennessee. We are collecting items T Little Diner On 1st through Monday morning at 7am. We will leave shortly after 7am Monday headed to Limestone, Tn. We have a donated truck and volunteers going . We are driving straight into a community that needs help we have a clear path and the ability to cook while we are there. We will be providing several hundred hot meals and staying for the day to help however else we can. WE NEED MORE DONATIONS!!! We have the truck only half full so if you can help. Please do. They need everything. Items need to be new. They don’t yet have the resources to sort through used clothing etc at this time. It may come but not yet. We are accepting donations at the diner until 6 tomorrow. Sunday from 1-4 if you any to VENMO send me a message and I will be making a trip to purchase additional things before we leave. Again these donations are going straight to the people of East Tennessee. Huge thank you to Tom Cassada for the truck , pallets of water and boxes.
