The sun burst through the clouds illuminating this already radiant bride as she walked down the aisle. Surrounded by family, friends, and a full table of Forklifters, our very own Emily married her best friend, Eddy, in a beautiful, bilingual ceremony.
A seasoned pro at customizing menus, Emily’s wedding featured mini empanadas, tacos, bruschetta, and an Italian cookie display. As fellow lovers of food, we Forklift guests made sure to taste them all! We were honored and delighted to be there to toast this couple on their special day! Congratulations Emily and Eddy!

This spring, we expanded our wine program to offer a wider variety of sustainable, organic, and/or biodynamic options 🥂
Here are four of our beloved new additions:
Antiquum Farm Pinot Gris - A fuller-bodied white with notes of citrus, melon, lemon verbena, fresh cut hay, and lilacs
Marine Layer Rose - A refreshing taste of hibiscus, watermelon, stone fruit, and ruby red grapefruit
Diatom Chardonnay - A precise and balanced wine with a lemon, citrus blossom, and wet sand aroma and flavors of white peach and saline
Champagne Deutz - An even blend Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes with warm spices, creamy citrus, and buttery notes

We can't believe it's been over 2.5 years since S&J tied the knot 💕
This lovely couple chose to feature both passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres during their cocktail hour. Passed appetizers, like our Ceviche Taco, are perfect for guests to enjoy while keeping a drink in one hand - no need to juggle a plate as well!
Alternatively, stationary spreads, like our Charcuterie Station, are ideal for guests who prefer a selection of snacks at their fingertips.

Spring is the true start of the growing season in New England. Now that we're well into May, rhubarb is at it's peak. We love how the stalks of this plant are naturally a vibrant pink, and it pairs so well with sweet strawberries and cream.
