Welcome Reception
Your evening begins with a celebratory glass of bubbly setting the stage for the vibrant flavors to come. Savor the delicate crunch of Arancini, golden-fried risotto balls filled with creamy goodness alongside Bruschetta topped two ways- Caponata and Tomato with basil and EVOO.

First course
Insalata Mista
A crisp colorful medley of Romaine, vine ripe tomatoes, red onion, celery, and carrots crowned with perfectly boiled egg tossed in a zesty Sicilian dressing that sings with citrus and herbs.

Second course
Wild Mushroom and Parmesan Risotto
Indulge in the velvety embrace of risotto and funghi where slow simmered arborio rice absorbs the deep, earthy essence of wild mushrooms and is finished with a generous shaving of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Main course (choose one for your culinary adventure)
Polpette della Nonna
A nostalgic embrace of Sicilian comfort - tender beef meatballs simmered in a slow cooked sauce with aromatic basil, carrots, onions, and celery, topped with cheese. Seved alongside handmade Spaghetti, this dish captures the soul of a grandmother's kitchen.

Pesce al Cartoccio
An ode to the Sicilian coastline, this delicately baked fish is infused with the bold flavors of garlic, oregano, and EVOO, sealed in parchment paper to lock in its juices. Enhanced by the burst of sweet sun-kissed tomatoes.

Lasagna Neve Del'Etna
A lighter, yet equally indulgent take on the classic, this vegetable bechamel lasagna consists of delicate sheets of homemade pasta layered with roasted carrots, spinach, zucchini, and peppers enveloped in a rich and creamy Parmesano Reggiano sauce.

Dessert
Luscious Zinfandel Brownies made by your AFWC host, Shari. Rich chocolate brownies made with Zinfandel and topped with raspberries and homemade whipped cream on the side.
