I think I need to let the cat of the bag. I have been busy getting ready for our newest family member. Our son and his wife had their first baby. Meet Jackson Brady, he doesn’t talk much, sleeps a lot. But I think he’s a keeper.
Now my daughter and her husband are expecting their first in May.

Happy Friday the 13th.
A quick update to the posts I made yesterday concerning a troubling wedding call I had yesterday of whom I have never talked to them about it at all.

I have had an entire team working on trying to find out what is going on. The bride to be called and said they paid me on Pay Pal for the full amount due. Which I never ask for. We have contacted Pay Pal and they said I do not have an account. Which I do not and never have had one. They gave us a specific number for them to call and register a grievance to start the proces of figuring this out. As of today that call had not been made.

My credit card company has said nothing entered for this during the time frame of March, 2023.

I had messaged both the bride and groom that they need to send me all the emails and the contract to which they state I did for them. As of 5:19 pm 10-13-2023 I have not received any thing regarding this from them 30 hours later.
My question is why would you wait 7 months to talk to your vendors 1 week before your wedding day. When I messaged the groom yesterday about the documents he stated that she could do it right now because she was getting her nails done for the wedding-8 days before. I thought that was weird.

Pay Pal has been very good with us and said that they are maybe trying to phish us and that we should file a police report for possible identity theft, in which I am seriously considering.

She even wrote a bad review on my google business page in which I responded instantly and have not had a response from that either.

I have had so many of you reach out to me and thanking for everything I have done for them in the past and now and have said that they are here to help in any way they can to clear my business name. I am so grateful for each and everyone of you. Thank you.
I take so much pride in what I do that I finally shed a tear today. But it will be alraight because I did not and have not ever did anything I’m being accused of. Thank you for your continued support and rest assured it all will be ok

Hey everyone, I can not believe I have to make a post like this. And it makes me sad, angry but grateful that I have my safe guards and specific things I do to prevent what is about to be explained. I totally hate having to do this.

I just received a call from a bride, who’s wedding is next Friday, and wanted to make they were confirmed for the date. Wait, What?
Unfortunately I have never spoken to them about this wedding. I have no records at all either thru email, texts anything. They had mentioned they had a contract and had prepaid the full amount via Pay Pal. This has totally blown my mind.

First-I take great pride for weddings and all of you know I go above and beyond what I should. I would have needed the timeline music planner back by the end of September so I would have time to prepare and touch base way before now to confirm receipt and answer simple questions leading up to the week of.

Second-I have never asked for a full payment when contract is signed or done up only a reservation deposit.

Third-I was hacked back in March of this year very badly and had this happened to another bridal couple that was actually happening before our eyes while we were visiting in the phone. This couple today also had it happen to them on or about March 7th. Strangely enough the contract they have has been altered from my actual contract. How so? I do not take payments from Pay Pal, Zelle (I don’t even know what that is) and I only started doing Venmo in like June.

I am sorry that this has happened to them and without a doubt I would have already reached out about the planner as I have never received anything let alone a actual signed contract from me. I hope it works out that they can get their money back from Pay Pal. Again I take extreme pride in providing the best service I possibly and go out of my way to make everything as smooth and easy as possible. If you have questions, concerns, anything at all I am only a phone call or text away. Sorry to have to do this but I really needed to get it out there so there won’t be a next time. Be safe.
