We dare you to try her desserts and never go back, you just can’t! Brenda’s sweet treats, matched with her sweet personality is a guaranteed success for any event. Check out her menu, the salted caramel bars are out of this world!

After 8 years in the healthcare industry, Stone Arch Catering & Events Director, Beki, returned to her roots in the hospitality industry managing The Source Public House, catering and events at Cedar Creek and in 2020 came on board to build and lead the catering program here at Stone Arch.

A long-time advocate of sustainable lifestyles, supporting local, and health & wellness, Beki is an absolute perfect fit as a leader on the Stone Arch team.

When she’s not being the best host and event planner in town, she can be found spending time with her husband of 5 years (Cole who also works here), their two boys and rescued deaf grate dane. She loves food, live music, a variety of outdoor recreational sports and making soy candles.

If you’re ever looking to plan a special event, we have no doubt that you’ll be pleased with everything Beki has to offer as our Catering Director. Cheers Beki!

We had a great time at Waverly last week for the Taste of the Town event! Chef Ben from Stone Arch Brewpub and Chef Bryan from Stone Arch Tied House each put together a couple of delicious snacks for our guests, they were a hit! Elote stuffed mushrooms, chicken satay skewers, watermelon gazpacho, & stout bbq meatballs. Yum, take us back!

We had the pleasure of working with American Heart Association - Wisconsin for their Wisconsin Go Red Event last week. Chef Bryan made some heart healthy, but still tasty dishes! And our friends at The Main Celebration-Gourmet Dessert Parlor made some freshly dipped chocolate covered strawberries to top off their meal, that looked divine!

Our customers today will be more than happy with these sweet treats from Mom & Pop's Bakery, Kimberly WI! They smell absolutely fabulous! We acknowledge we are not pastry chefs here, but we certainly still want to serve you the best treats with our fabulous meals. Happy Anniversary Stone Arch Brewpub & Stone Arch Tied House!!!

We're celebrating our 18th birthday all week! Festivities start tonight with our back to back SOLD OUT nights with Charlie Parr & Todd Albright in the taproom. We'll have the 2023 Grand Cru on tap in the taproom tonight for ticket holders and it will be on tap in the restaurant starting tomorrow with lateral tastings of our 19, 21, 22, and 23 Grand Cru's starting Wednesday. Cheers to another year! Enjoy this throwback of Steve in the early days showing off the brewery before its makeover.

This anniversary week's dinner feature! Starting at 5pm every night through Sunday - Blackened mahi mahi served over a bed of rice pilaf with roasted eggplant and mushrooms, roasted Manila clams, tomato and saffron broth and topped with local micro radish greens.

Good grief, here’s what Chef Bryan is treating us to this week to celebrate out 1 year anniversary! Stout Braised Pork Osso Buco with purple majesty truffle-cheddar mash, honey glazed Organic Rainbow carrots with a house made 6 grain ale mustard sauce. All produce sourced Locally from Produce With Purpose.

Last weekend was picture perfect for all of our lucky guests’ weddings. You simply cannot beat that colorful, gorgeous fall weather! We were happy to add some delicious food to their special day as well! From Poplar Hall, to Bubolz Nature Preserve, to Simply Country Barn… we had such a beautiful, tasty weekend.

Saturday was bittersweet for us, the very last wedding at Riverview Gardens! So many wonderful memories there. We are so very grateful for all of our lovely guests that have trusted us with hosting and catering their weddings at RVG all of these years! We had the honor of catering the EAA - The Spirit of Aviation Wind Down Party on Sunday for 1600 folks. Not all guests showed, and we had a lot of food left, however what was not leftover were these incredible treats we got from Brenda at Bakery on Terrace! Not a single crumb was left to be found 😋. If you haven’t had the chance to check out this awesome bakery in Greenville, please put it on your list! She’s incredible to work with, and her sweets are just amazing.

Special thanks to our fabulous team members at Stone Arch Brewpub and Stone Arch Tied House, this large event brought all hands on deck, and we are so very grateful for the support of our Stone Arch family ❤️
