Attendees will learn how to craft a creative cocktail and present it artfully. (They'll also take home what is needed to do it again at home!)

Here's a little Flagler moment!

On May 19th, Stuart Main Street hosted a special USO themed event to honor our building's USO history to celebrate Historic Preservation Month. The night featured live music by the Dreamers, professional swing dancers, a fabulous spread by Libations Mobile Catering Co. with tons of 1940's flare. And there were WWII vehicles and memorabilia on display special thanks to the 16th Armored Division Reenactment Group explorers.
... stay tuned, because this might just become an annual event. 😉

​*The Historic Flagler Center was built in 1943 as a place of recreation for the US Servicemen that were stationed at Camp Murphy in Hobe Sound during WWII. At the time, recreation director Radie Belle Bruner-Krueger (anyone recognize those last names 😉) welcomed and hosted more than 2,500 military personnel monthly. After the war, the City of Stuart purchased the building from the Federal Government for $9,000! Now the building is currently operated by Stuart Main Street, a 501c3 non-profit organization with a mission to create a vibrant Downtown experience through preservation-based economic development.
