It's been a min...or two or three...ok its been more since I've posted in the grid😬 sorry. To be frank -we are working 10 days a week😵‍💫🥴

No, fr fr!... and to add the last month was heavy (and so hot🥵) and while we've experienced some big beautiful moments we get some thankless moments too, where our clients have no clue (whatsoever) the heat (no pun there😏) we've taken on their behalf behind the scenes, the extra labor we willingly did just to "make the event happen" and the extra effort above and beyond their contractual agreement.

You have to have a servants heart to do what we do and we do!

This is the month of the year we start to experience it the most -the heaviness/thanklessness, It doesn't happen a lot, but it does happen.

Most of the time, our clients are over the moon gracious (still waiting on some reviews from some *clears throat*), but people are busy annnnd we get that! We reeeeally understand that.

Us planners do THE MOST work yet get the least praise publicly. It's something I've had to train my team on. Floral and photography get all the public praise, usually w/o fail.

Hence why I'm sharing this today -cause we are so busy in szn working with so little time to self promote on Insta I just just haven't had the energy or wherewithal to download photos and post in the grid regularly beyond trying to have my own life too! 🙃

This is the time of the year when our docket has the most clients in contract, sometimes well over a hundred couples/individuals🤯

I don't ever want to pay someone to do my social media because I feel like it's inauthentic 🥸 I like to post from my own voice and share my 20 yrs experience as a leader and educator in this industry.

So here I am *again* telling you I've got so much to share, and I'll be flooding your feed soon! 😄 soon. I promise 🤞
