The Barbecue season has started and our love of Barbecued food has hit the fan. We can't wait for the Grill to get fired up and the Burgers and Hot Dogs are handed out. then 45 minutes later the Filet Mignan and Lobster Tails.
Can you picture this BBQ.
This is what we did last weekend for a small party of 18.

It's April and the warm weather has not arrived. It looks like the Barbecuing season will be starting late again. Our first booked Barbecue is May 15 at Flushing Meadow Park at the Long Island Trade Show where I will be Barbecuing for a thousand people. I look forward to this event because I have been Barbecuing here for about ten years now and people are remembering me and praising my work. It is very gratifying and I enjoy it immensely. I look forward to returning to homes where I have previously Barbecued and I look forward to seeing old friends again. My staff is better then ever and I hope you will welcome Mark as a new member to our team.. Mark will be Barbecuing and cooking up some mouth watering food for everyone. The Season has begun with our Barbecue in Flushing Meadow Park.
I Barbecued for quite a few trade show attendees.
It was a huge success again.
