The Season has begun with our Barbecue in Flushing Meadow Park.
I Barbecued for quite a few trade show attendees.
It was a huge success again.

Flushing Meadow Park was the scene of Hundreds of people looking over the 2022 Big Business Trade Show
There were about 75 businesses that were represented and Impact Absorptions was the favorite with the Free Food givraway. The BBQ Chef For Hire (Gerald) cooked over 400 Hamburgers, 300 Franks and 50 pounds of Skirt Steak. Yes Skirt Steak. Over 600 people left with a free lunch thanks to Gerald.
On this day The BBQ CHef For Hire becomes The most loved Guy in Queens because of his cooking

WOW !!
This season has been very very good to me and my customers. I have been busy every weekend since May and I am busy until September and I feel that September will fill up quick. This is all good for me. I do apologize to my many valued customers whom I have had to say I could not do their party because I was already booked for the date they wanted. I wish there was a way for me to be in two places at the same time. I want everyone to know that I am actively seeking a clone for me to Barbecue for my customers so I can be in two places at once. My clone needs to enjoy the barbecuing, Be friendly, and barbecue the best food possible.
With this I say Best Of Summer to all of you and may the weather be in favor of enjoyment, fun and love of the Summer.
I will do my best to continue great Barbecuing for my customers and bring forth good memories to cary on from this Summer of 2021.....
