A little extra fun never hurt nobody!
Especially if you have Cocktail Hour Entertainment, Glam on the Go and Liquid Sky Laser bringing that fun.
Cocktail Hour Entertainment never disappoints and the kids had a blast playing foosball, power pong and billiards when they weren’t battling it out at the claw machine or getting tatted up at the airbrush tattoo station.
The Photo Booth was packed the whole night and the roamer caught the best candids!
The Glam on the Go patch station was a HUGE hit and my only regret is that I didn’t leave the dance floor long enough to make a hat for myself…luckily I’ve booked them on several of my upcoming events and I won’t make that mistake twice!
And everyone’s favorite part of the night…Liquid Sky’s confetti blizzard of course!
And I’m talking BLIZZARD…confetti for days.
No words necessary, iykyk!

It’s the little touches that make BIGGEST difference.
And two of my favorite companies provided little touches that had major impact.
Atlas Event Rental has the best selection of linens and tableware out there and what I chose completely elevated the look of my tables!
Tammy at Tali Table Designs created cocktail hour perfection with custom bars, buffets and a place card wall that was a total WOW. Her creativity is off the charts and her talent is limitless.

It goes by so fast and as much as you try to soak it all in, it’s inevitable that you’ll miss something.
But if your photographer and videographer are good, you can relive your favorite moments and catch all the amazing ones you missed time and time again.
And I’ve been doing just that for the last 3 days.
Toni Jade Photography and Senderey Video Productions were able to do what I wasn’t, be everywhere at once.
They truly captured the love and happiness that filled the room and I am forever grateful for the tangible memories they have provided me.

Equally important to entertainment is decor.
What the room looks like sets the mood for the entire evening.
As a planner, I talk through ideas and expectations with clients and once I get a feel for what they want I know exactly which direction I want to go.
As a mom, not so much.
This was by far the hardest part for me. After changing my mind 50 times, spinning in all directions and driving everyone around me insane, I decided to just surrender.
And I’m sooooooo happy I did.
I gave Event Effects the invitation to get a feel for the vibe, told them my must haves and then let it all go.
Until set up I didn’t know what my room was going to look like.
I can now tell you that my room exceeded my wildest dreams.
There was no detail spared…every piece of furniture, every element of design…complete perfection. The ceiling treatment. The 40’ stage. The centerpieces. The bar. The photo box. The lounges…ALL OF IT…absolute perfection.
Steve and his crew went above and beyond to make my night perfect, just like they do for all my clients. Given the chance, I would not have changed one thing about the room, it was truly magical.

Entertainment is key to having a kickass party.
And a kickass party needs kickass dancers, a kickass emcee that rocks a suit and a DJ that knows exactly how to mix in country music while still keeping the dance floor packed the entire night.
If that same company happens to be the best production company out there AND can livestream the Gator game for you then really, is there any question on who to hire?
Triple P Entertainment killed it across the board!!

One post thanking everyone who made Dylan’s Bar Mitzvah absolute perfection would be impossible so I’ve decided to do 1 a day instead.
It is impossible to do what I do without amazing vendors to make it all come to life and they each deserve a full post of recognition so you understand the importance of hiring the right vendors.

Venue for me was an easy choice and Woodfield Country Club, you did not disappoint.
PERFECTION from the minute I texted Mandy Markham to see if my date was available to the minute my party ended.
The food was beyond, the service even better and if there were any problems throughout the night, I didn’t know about them and THAT is priceless.
There are no amount of words I could type to thank Mandy for everything she did to make the day so special for me, my guests and my son.
