Once upon a time...
I worked at the Rusty Pelican and we served Monkfish. First time I had ever eaten this guy. They call it the poor mans lobster. Once they told me that... I was hooked. Does anyone have any idea who would have it for sale?

Even though it's hot outside I still want to have a nice October drink. I'll make the pumpkin syrup and serve it this Saturday nite!

Quick and easy syrup: 3/4 c water, 3/4 c br sugar, 1/4 c pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoons of Pumpkin pie spice.

I have a dear friend who misses living in Carmel. I designed this lunch bag to send to her. I think she will really like. Lunch, even if you don't get to leave your job you can at least have fun looking at it!

Biscuits, simple but effective! Another great lake breakfast meal. I throw just about anything in these.
Grab a bowl, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, butter, milk, garlic, carrots and some Chia seeds to top.

Getting closer to days on the dock! Need to bring the bullet to make those smoothies! Check out the tray I made out of cardboard. Turned out awesome. Followed brother Gino DeSico and poured resin for the bottom to seal. Love it!
