Our Story

Gettin’ Fresh debuted as one of the first food trucks in Grand Rapids in 2015. Our focus has always been on sourcing quality, unprocessed ingredients as locally as possible. We like to call it a “Midwest Twist on Healthy” because we’re always tempted to add gravy (but we don’t.... always)! Expanding our West Michigan catering services to include buffet and family style we continue to bring you our bold flavors that are inspired from around the world. Our Catering service styles include our Food Truck, Buffet, Family Style, Lunch Delivery, and In-Home Preparation for Meal Prep and Private Parties. We will continue to cater to all of your fresh food catering needs!

From April through October you can find the Gettin’ Fresh Food Truck all around West Michigan at such places as the Fulton Street Farmers Market, Relax at Rosa Lunch Series on Thursdays May - September, Food Truck Fridays at Riverside Park.
