~Studio and Portrait consultation space available for rent. The studio has two shooting rooms: one dedicated to newborns and small children for natural light sessions (props included! ), and another room large with lots of natural light also. This room has (2) 750 strobes and a soft box for use,
with lots of options for backdrops including muslin, seamless paper & vinyl and again lots and lots of props. Vendors:3 month contract to have a display in the studio. Vendor Prices: monthly

With the large display you can have use of the room for 2 one hour consultations with your own clients.

For rentals:
1.5 hours which includes set up and clean up time $45
2 hours which includes set up and clean up time $80
$200 for 6 hours
One hour consultation selling with client $25

We have 2 openings for full time renters:
this will include 12 hours in any room
you will have a 40x40 space to hang your art
it will require a 3 month contract and the cost will be $250 p/month
