Happy Happy Monday Everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to say how incredibly humbled and honored I am that so many people have put their trust in our team. I started Je T’aime Weddings & Events six years ago while I was living in California and had huge dreams of where I wanted this business to go. During the pandemic I went full time with this business and have put my heart and soul into bringing my own dreams to life. Here we are, going into the busiest wedding year since the 1980s and we are going places I had never even planned. Our team is growing, our services are growing, our beautiful clientele is growing and we are even opening offices in new locations. From the bottom of my heart, I truly am so appreciative of all the vendors and clients that have put their trust in our team. We wouldn’t be going the places we are without you and I am just eternally grateful. We will have huge announcements at the beginning of the new year of what’s to come next and I cannot wait to share with you all. Lots and lots of love to you! 💖✨

As most of you know, before I started my wedding planning business, I spent most of 20s working at Disneyland. It has been 1 whole week since we got to witness and bring Mysti & Nick’s Magical Fairy Tale Wedding to life. We had the pleasure of putting on one of our biggest productions with the most incredible vendors, which included photobooths, a jump house, choreographed dancing, lantern lighting and even a Jell-O shot serving b***o! To say it was exciting would be an understatement and we are so thrilled we got to be a part of it. Congratulations on your first week of marriage Mysti & Nick! 2021 has already shown to be a wild year with weddings starting back up after a year of postponements and cancellations. 2022 is said to be the biggest year since 1984 and only getting bigger.

That moment you see your partner walking down the aisle and think to yourself “Oh S***! She actually showed up!” 😂 But for real, this is one of my favorite moments throughout the entire wedding process. These moments of genuine love, excitement and vulnerability. It’s in that first look that it really hits the couple that they are about to marry their love. Gets me in the feels every single time.

My beautiful sweet baby boy had his first birthday this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Noah got to meet some family and friends for the very first time, and even got to enjoy some sugar for the first time! He was so incredibly happy and really seemed to take it all in. Thank you to everyone that help me bring this all together. It truly was the perfect day. 💚🐍

My absolute favorite decor aspect of any wedding are the tablescapes. For me, a wedding does not feel complete until the decor on the tables are complete. I feel a sense of accomplishment. It’s at that moment, I feel relieved. With a table design like this, can you blame me? 😍🔥

Happy Monday!! ✨

I know it’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted on here, but we have been hitting the ground running with new clients, a redesign of our website and promotional materials, and everything in between! Oh and also planning my sons FIRST BIRTHDAY! 😱 I can’t even believe that. Time truly changes when you become a parent, it’s no joke.
For Noah’s birthday I am planning a project that is very near and dear to my heart, so please stay tuned for the announcement of that! Yesterday I made a couple of big announcements of new services for us here at Je T’aime Weddings & Events that I am very excited about!!

1. I am adding Honeymoon and Disney Destination Planning!! I am looking for 10 people that would like to receive this service for FREE. I am looking to build my portfolio/reviews on this service so if you or anyone you know would like their next vacation to a Disney destination planned or are looking for help planning their honeymoon, please shoot them my way!

2. I’m adding an affiliate program!! If you are a past client, vendor I’ve worked with or a friend/family member that knows me and my work, please send me a message to get more info about becoming an affiliate. You can be located anywhere!

3. I’m expanding to Southern California! For all of my engaged California friends, I would be honored to be considered to help you with your special day. I’ll be offering a discounted price for full wedding planning or wedding day management just for you all. I’m only taking a limited number of clients in California, so let’s chat!

These three new services are a stepping stone to achieving my ultimate goal in becoming a One Stop Shop Event Planning Firm. I have some exciting things in the pipeline coming up this next year that I’ll be adding to help create a stress free and memorable planning experience for all of my clients, and can’t wait to share when they are all ready!

When she isn’t creating unique hairstyles, you can find her spending time with family, learning new hairstyles and new techniques to better serve her clients, and listening to motivational podcasts. She has been in the beauty industry for over 25 years and specializes in bridal, editorial, and customized hairstyles. Julia considers herself a busy bee and is always on the go. Not only will you find her creating beautiful and unique hairstyles for her clients, but she goes above and beyond by providing her clients with products, tips, and tricks on how to keep their hair beautiful and healthy. Julia is very passionate about what she does and truly believes that every person wants to feel their best so she is dedicated to making sure she brings out the best in every person.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Julia on a recent photo shoot and she did not disappoint! Gosh, I am so incredibly lucky to be working in an industry that is full of strong and ambitious women. Even more lucky to just know so many of these strong and ambitious women personally. Being able to watch so many women grow their businesses into how they envision it, despite all of trials that comes with being a woman owned business, especially during a pandemic, is so incredibly inspiring and motivating. Ladies, keep moving forward and opening up new doors. The possibilities are endless and you deserve all of the success and happiness as much as anyone else. ✨

I’ll be starting off our new Feature Friday by introducing myself! For all of my new followers out there (thank you!!) and to those I haven’t officially met in person yet, hi! I’m Katie Dionne and the owner and founder of Je T’aime Weddings & Events. I started this business in 2013 while working at Disneyland. My ultimate dream has always been to become a wedding planner for Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings. I am first and foremost a mama to the most beautiful little boy, named Noah and a golden retriever named Daisy. I’m all about comfort and good vibes, so when I’m not planning events you can usually find me outside exploring with my little dude most likely wearing leggings and a t-shirt with a coffee in hand.

I cannot believe we are already on the last day of January. 😱 How is it possible that time goes by so fast? For those of you that just got engaged over the holiday season Congratulations on surviving your first month of planning your wedding!

I know it might seem overwhelming and daunting at times, but don’t forget you have vendors out there that can help alleviate that for you. As a wedding planner, it is solely my job to remove that stress so you can simply enjoy the process. Part of that is designing customized planning packages that fit YOUR needs so you aren’t paying for what you don’t need. I hear it all too often, I didn’t hire a planner because I assumed it would be too expensive, or my venue comes with a coordinator, or my family and friends will be helping me. So, tell me, what is your biggest reason holding you back from hiring a wedding planner? If you could hire one for the whole process or even just to manage the day of so you and your loved ones can enjoy it, would you? 🤔
