While the “planner” hat may be the one you see the most, our role extends far beyond coordinating logistics.

Looking for a way to save on your wedding budget? We often see brides reuse flowers from the ceremony to reception!
From bridesmaid bouquets turning into centerpieces, the bridal bouquet on the cake table, to arches and aisle flowers around the table and dance floor, there are plenty of ways for your floral decor to be used at both the ceremony and reception.
If you’re planning to reuse flowers between your ceremony and reception, be sure to communicate that with your wedding planner and florist! That helps us know to communicate what needs to move where and when, as well as other miscellaneous details to ensure your runs smoothly!

✨ Tips from a Wedding Planner - Guest Transportation ✨
If you plan on encouraging your guests to use Uber and/or Lyft as transportation, consider suggesting they schedule their rides ahead of time. This will not only allow for driver to commit to their ride but ensure your guests are not walking into your ceremony as you are walking down the aisle. It will also ensure they have a safe, secure and reliable way to get back to their home / hotel at the end of the evening!

Your day should reflect both you and your spouse; what is important to you, what are your common (and separate!) interests; ultimately, whatever feels right! The great thing about adding personal details is that there isn’t a right or wrong way to do it - it’s whatever you think is a best fit.
