At CamBam we want our brides to feel at ease about their day. Here are a few pro flower tips to make your day run smoothly:

1. Have someone pull the bouquets out of the water to dry the stems before you need them for photos.

2. During photos, hold bouquet’s at your belly button with the tops facing outward.

3. Have a plan for where your bouquets go during reception. Head Table, displayed on a guest book table, or maybe you just want to have them saved in your getting ready spot. Just having a plan will take one less thing off you and your wedding party’s plate.

4. At the end of the day your wedding is all about you and your person, so remember to enjoy every moment!

Did you just get engaged?

Here are some tips to get you started on creating your floral vision:

1) Your wedding dress might give you more hints than you think. Look at the silhouette and style of your dress. Your dress might be classic with a sleek and elegant style, this might translate into more whites, greens and classic tones. Or maybe your dress is more modern with lace, your flowers might lean more to a garden, airy or modern style.

2) Choosing the color of your wedding doesn’t have to be stressful. It’s okay if the flowers are not an exact match. Difference in tone make for more depth and complimenting colors will help flowers pop in your photos.

3)Your wedding day is meant to be remembered, picking a statement piece is a good place to start in the planning process. Do you want a ceremony focal point, with maybe an arch or alter arrangements? Maybe you want the reception to have a fun photo backdrop or hanging piece over the sweetheart table. You can’t go wrong with your statement piece.
