Yes, we offer setup services, but it depends on your needs and contract details!
Here's the breakdown:
💘 **Large, heavy, or technical items**: Complimentary setup is included and delivery is required to ensure safety and avoid damage. This applies to items like dance floors, farmhouse tables, specialty chairs, and bars. Detailed information is available in our contract.
💘 **Smaller items**: Setup is not included by default but can be added as an extra service. Many clients opt to pick up these items or have them delivered in advance to save on costs. Items in this category include dishes, games, decor, linens, and folding chairs and tables. If you want us to handle the setup, please inform our office when requesting a quote or leading up to your event. This allows us to schedule staff appropriately, and make sure we equip our delivery crew with Floorplans and enough time to make it happen!
For pickups, the same rules apply in reverse: If we didn't set up your items, please pack them up the same way they arrived for return.

One of our most frequently asked questions is, "How soon should I place my order?"
This is one of those topics that we have seen shift so dramatically in the last few years, and especially now, I can't say it enough: Book any rental item you want the second you know for sure you want it!
💘 You can add more items to your order as you go! We don't have to know the final order up front!
💘 You can reduce your final counts up to the Friday one week before your event date! That leaves you plenty of time to receive RSPVs and get those final details to us. We even send you a reminder when it's time to finalize 😉
💘If you wait, you risk someone else reserving the items you love!
Years ago we were seeing reservations an average of 3 months before events, but more recently customers seem to wait until just a few weeks out, and are often met with disappointment when an item that they loved wasn't available for their date anymore.
While it isn't a guarantee of any kind that your items are available, putting in a reservation 6+ months before your event date allows you the most item availability and flexibility with styles and timelines! Do we get reservations a year or two before evente? Yes! And those couples have their choice of pretty much anything we carry! Those who book at the 6 month mark still typically don't have issues except on specialty items and on prime dates (looking at you, fall!). By 3 months before the event date,we often have to suggest one or two substitute items. And by two weeks before your event, we often need to suggest alternatives for a number of items on a request.
If you know you absolutely want Rentals from A to Z, there's no such thing as too early! We refund deposits up to 60 days before the event for complete cancellations, and there's no penalty for updating orders up to 8 days before since the second half of the payment isn't due until then!
