Yes, I do keep copies of the ceremonies and photos for all my weddings and today it was needed.

A concerned party needed to verify that a license had been filed and the marriage date in 2018 for some legal paperwork.

I'm trying to get my Instagram account coordinated with this page. I'm discovering a few challenges. But in the meantime, I'm also working on a blog to share some of the stories several of you have asked about.

Today, I met the groom for the first time in person, but his face was distorted by the two layers of heavy metal mesh.

They were not able to touch, kiss or exchange rings, but the sincerity of their vows and the warmth of their minimal time together was proof that when things look dark, love can win and sustain. After ten years together, it was time. Jail or prison weddings are difficult and also heart touching.

On Thursday, I had the opportunity to present to my networking group, Event Ensemble. We discussed some of the other celebrations/ceremonies that I provide for all the stages of life.

Starting with a Baby Welcoming, where a baby or child is acknowledged for their unique purpose and life that they've come to experience. We introduce their support team and start them on their sand timeline.

My services also include other important stages or events in life. The start of an individual's journey into the bigger world (starting school), puberty and adventure in the world as a young adult, graduation or other entry into the world as an adult are all times to be observed as large transitions and should be observed with conscious actions (not just a party that doesn't acknowledge the depth of the transition).

Another large transition that is often not observed is the transition into the Wysdom years that follow many years of daily routines of work. Getting to those golden years with joy and a new start of choice should be celebrated.

Many couples did small weddings during the pandemic and now are doing a second, more public celebration including family and friends. I'm extremely honored to be asked to do the "vow renewal" as well.

Most couples have no idea where to start or the details for the ceremony, but I do and will be there to help you plan and make it uniquely yours. I serve all couples and look forward to learning about you. I provide wedding, handfasting, and vow renewal ceremonies. I would like to be your officiant.
We start with a planning meeting done via phone or video chat. It gives us a chance to get to know each other a little bit and for me to hear the desires you have for your ceremony.
I am very flexible on the style of wedding or handfasting, the selection of your vows, and including any family or cultural traditions in your ceremony. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and have experience with all types of combinations of spiritual beliefs and religions, and ethnic backgrounds,
Your professional photographer will do an amazing job but I also provide a few photos of your special day, so that you will have a few immediately and have a few images most photographers do not take.
My fee for a wedding in the Phoenix metro area is midrange and affordable. This covers everything from planning, to rehearsal, to the ceremony and filing your license after the ceremony.
