This is how we did it ⬇️
Our amazing team of *five* balloon babes took on our biggest event of the year with this incredible NYE Bash!
In the main 40ft hallway, we used over 250 silver orbz (varying sizes of 16”-22”) each filled with helium to completely disguise the ceiling. We added silver tinsel strands by glue dotting to the orbz once they had been inflated.
Next up we added 230 silver 40” star point balloons to create a glamorous wall design. We used helium AND air in a staggered pattern to fill these balloons, which allowed the wall to be self standing without having to be full helium ($$$), using zip ties & glue dots on the corners to connect the balloons. Silver star weights were placed along the bottom of the wall to keep it in place.
We finished it up by inflating our *NEW* giant af mirror balloons in a variety of 2ft - 6ft balloons that had the guests WOWING at first site!
Other true items necessary for this install:
three large helium tanks (300cu/ft per tank), a billion feet of fishing line, several ladders, 15 venti @starbucks coffees, @jimmyjohns subs, @panerabread soups, @cfalenexa sammies, 30 hours of pop playlist tunes, lots of hard work and laughter with some of my favorite people. ✨🤍
ANDDDD!!! all of the mylar & foil from these @anagram orbz and stars was saved after take down, to be repurposed for a custom backdrop. We LOVE when we can repurpose!

Use these tips & tricks to build this fun Apres Ski theme balloon garland! 🌲⛷️🎿❄️This garland was created using 18” balloons for the base, adding in 11” second layer clusters as needed and 5” mini clusters to add dimension. I used diamond clear 260q’s to attach each cluster, creating the garland. 🎈Balloon Brand: Sempertex 🎨 Balloon Colors: Fashion Red, Champagne, Dusk Cream. I couldn’t find greenery picks or stems I liked - so I created my own by combining flocked greenery picks and red berry stems from Amazon, layering them together and securing with packing tape! I tucked them into the garland using diamond clear 260q balloons and Uglu dots. The ski cutouts I purchased on Etsy, styled on Canva and then had printed on foam board at Office Depot. I then used an X-Auto knife, to trace the designs and cut out the exact shape. Lastly - I used white gaffers tape and extra foam pieces from the excess of the ski design posters to create a base for the ski props to be self standing. The client loved this design for her Apres Ski Theme Christmas Eve party! 🎿🌲❄️ Comment SKI for a dm of product links used!
