Here are a few tips to keep things smooth when the timeline takes a little detour:

✅ Keep guests comfortable. If your ceremony is running late, offer early cocktails, infused water, or light bites—especially for outdoor weddings. A happy guest is a patient guest!

✅ Communicate often. A simple update like “We’ll be starting shortly” goes a long way in managing expectations.
