Guest management is one of our favorite wedding planning components to make planning easier and more enjoyable for our clients! After the guest list was complete and our master listing established, we helped the client source, create, and order the save the dates. Upon receiving them we stuffed them, sealed them, confirmed each envelope compared to our master guest list, and placed them in list order before delivering to our client!

Today was food tasting day for one of our 2025 couples! For us we love making sure that our couples have an experience during their planning process. It's more than providing a list of vendors, having a preferred listing of vendors, saying this is who you should use, creating a vendor team for the couple, and etc. Helping our clients curate their wedding vendors by interacting with them, seeing and feeling a sample/sneak peek of the plans for their Big Day is important to use at Plan It so we make sure that we create wedding day glimpse experiences throughout the planning process and catering tastings are one of our favorite glimpse experiences.

Travel Tuesday Tip

Couples make a note and/or set a reminder now to handle your passport business this month if you desire to honeymoon or get married outside of the United States.

If you dont have a passport be sure to apply asap!

If you have one, look at it and see when it expires! Keep in mind the 6 month rule that most countries have that prohibit a traveler to enter their country if the passport is set to expire within 6 months from the final day of travel!

Annual Plan It Weddings Year in Review

A goal that I had for the personal brand component of the business was to service couples outside of the states of Alabama and Georgia and I'm so glad that I was able to accomplish that goal in 2024 by helping a couple in Virginia as they prepare for their Big Day! virtual stragetic planning sessions have become one of my favorite service offerings and they allow me to service couples as they nagivate through wedding planning by listening to the couple's desires and plans and helping them get on the best path for success.

I am so blessed to be able to do what I love and provide expert knowledge to help couples as they nagivate through their journey from engagement to marriage!
