I’ve been doing this for 12 years now and I’ve trained two wonderful ladies so far who have since moved on to other jobs. I feel like I’ve been super lucky to find people with both the right personality and creative talent, so I’m hoping I can find it again!! Personality is really important, creative spirit is also important, but I don’t need someone who already knows how to do face painting and balloon twisting-that’s what I’m here for!
