What began as casual group hangouts soon grew into something much more meaningful. Timing truly was everything, and after about a year, they realized they were meant for each other.

Music has always been at the heart of their relationship. Allie’s playlists reflect her vibrant personality, with artists like Taylor Swift, Post Malone, and Eric Church setting the tone. Zachary brings his own flair with Hardy and Fall Out Boy, though their shared love for Morgan Wallen creates the perfect harmony. 🎶❤️

In their downtime, Allie dives into her favorite shows, like The O.C., Grey’s Anatomy, and thrillers like Tracker. Zachary prefers the thrill of action-packed movies like Saving Private Ryan and the drama of Entourage. Their differences only make their connection stronger, proving opposites really do attract.

🌟 This Week’s Love Story 🌟
Meet Makenzie and Jake, a couple whose love story feels straight out of a movie. 🎬❤️

Their journey began in high school, where Jake noticed Makenzie, though she doesn’t quite remember him. Fast forward to summer 2018, their paths crossed again at the Aquatic Zoo, their hometown pool. A great friendship turned into something more when Jake visited Makenzie at SIUE. On August 7th, after a Five Finger Death Punch concert, they made it official. Six years later, their love story continues to unfold.

Jake’s proposal on 9/30/23 was nothing short of magical. Over two months, he planned every detail, starting with asking Makenzie’s dad for his blessing. With the help of her sister, Maddie, Jake organized a surprise involving their closest friends and family.

On the big day, Makenzie thought she was headed to a winery but was detoured to a venue. Suspicious, she turned to see Jake riding up the driveway on a white horse—just as he had joked about. It was a scene straight out of *The Longest Ride,* her favorite movie. Jake dismounted, got down on one knee, and asked her to spend forever with him. Family and friends watched as she said yes to her dream proposal.

The surprises didn’t stop there. Later, at a local Mexican restaurant, more loved ones were waiting to celebrate with cheers and applause. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day, filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

💍 From Friends to Forever 💕

Ashley and Zachary’s love story is a true tale of time, fate, and family ties. Their mothers were college besties, which meant Ashley and Zachary’s paths crossed from the very beginning. Although their bond didn’t blossom until middle school, they kept in touch throughout the years, forming the foundation of a lifelong connection.

Fast forward to November 25, 2023—a crisp, frosty morning on Zachary’s family farm, a place where they share their favorite pastime: deer hunting. The day started like any other hunt, bundled up in the chill, waiting for a deer that never seemed to come. After hours of quiet and cold, they decided to head back to the farmhouse.

As they walked through the frostbitten fields, Zachary suddenly pointed up the hill, claiming to see a deer. Ashley squinted into the glaring sunlight, trying to spot what he saw, but Zach had something else in mind. As she turned back, there he was—on one knee, holding a ring that shimmered brighter than the morning sun. With her heart racing and the world standing still, he asked the question that would change their lives forever.

Ashley said yes.

Their story is a beautiful blend of serendipity and shared traditions, with a touch of Gilmore Girls charm and the romance of Emily in Paris. 🌟 Cloey + Michael: A Love Story🌟

Cloey and Michael’s story began at Lindenwood University with a Twitter message. Michael asked if “LULC” stood for Lindenwood—a question he later admitted he already knew. After weeks of chatting online and exchanging shy waves on campus, Cloey took the lead and asked if they’d ever stop and talk in person. That moment changed everything, and their love story blossomed.

On August 19, 2023, Michael made their forever official. Cloey thought she was off to a relaxing winery day with her maid of honor, Tori, while Michael was supposedly golfing. But behind the scenes, Michael was preparing the perfect surprise. At Tori’s gentle urging, Cloey agreed to take an unexpected route into the winery, where Michael was waiting to propose. It was a magical moment filled with love and joy.

Cloey and Michael are as dynamic as their favorite music. Cloey’s playlist reflects her vibrant personality, blending country, pop, and rock with artists like Morgan Wallen, Luke Bryan, Drake, and Nirvana. ✨ Just Married ✨

Meet Katie and Colin, a match truly made in heaven, or should we say, made on Hinge! These two hearts, each marching to the beat of very different drummers, found their perfect rhythm together.

Katie, our Valparaiso University alum, whose days are often spent with Adele's soulful melodies, adores snuggling up to watch 'The Blind Side' or keeping up with 'The Kardashians.' Then there's Colin, a proud SIUE grad, who dives into the animated antics of 'Bob's Burgers' and 'King of the Hill,' and rocks out to the heavy metal riffs of Buckethead.

Their paths crossed digitally, but it was atop the St. Louis Ferris Wheel on 9/24/22 where their lives changed forever. As the wheel climbed, so did Colin’s courage, culminating in a sky-high proposal that left Katie utterly speechless and blissfully nodding "yes" against the sprawling cityscape.

As they embark on this new chapter, they blend their worlds of cinematic drama and animated laughter, chart-toppers and guitar shredders, proving love isn’t about having all the same interests—it’s about embracing the differences and loving each beat of the journey.

Meet Emily, a Missouri Baptist University alum, lover of epic tales from Game of Thrones to Harry Potter, and a die-hard Marvel fan. Then there’s Daniel, a proud graduate from Ranken Technical College, who shares a love for the magical realms of Hogwarts and the dramatic lands of Westeros.

From cheering under those Friday night lights to long conversations that lasted through the night, Emily and Daniel’s friendship blossomed into a love story worthy of its own saga. Fast forward through laughter-filled dates and movie marathons of their favorite shows, this duo was inseparable.

Then came Easter 2023, a day that turned their ordinary love story into a fairytale. Meet Katelynn and Link, the duo whose love story is as heartwarming as a slice of pizza on a cold day! 🍕❤️

It all started back when we were just two college students, Katelynn at the University of Southern Indiana and Link at the University of Evansville, flipping pizzas at Azzip Pizza. Who knew that tossing dough could lead to tossing a bouquet? 🎓🍕

Our story rekindled over a casual dinner, spiraling into a romance filled with endless movie nights and shared playlists. Katelynn made sure "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" and "Sweet Home Alabama" became our repeat favorites, while Link introduced her to the gritty world of "Peaky Blinders" and the suspense of "Ozark." 🎬🍿

From country tunes echoing through our home—shoutout to Chris Stapleton and Morgan Wallen—to those impromptu dance parties rocking to Katelynn’s favorite party hits, music has always been our shared language. 🎵🤠

Then came 4/10/23, a day etched in our hearts forever. In our own kitchen, with the aroma of our favorite homemade dishes in the air, Link popped the question. 💍 It was simplicity at its finest, pure and unexpected, with the perfect ring that he picked out himself, making it infinitely special.
