A beautifully plated meal from last night's wedding. At our favorite mountain venue, Della Terra in Estes Park.
Seared chicken breast with a garlic & herb white wine cream sauce, steakhouse mashed potatoes, and a house vegetable medley.

A fun twist from our wedding couple last night! Instead of doing a traditional wedding cake, they wanted 4 uniquely decorated stand-alone cakes!
They choose strawberry, chocolate, carrot cake, and lemon and let us decorate them however we wanted!

We are looking to add to our team yet again! Looking for a qualified candidate to join our fast paced catering company.

Your main duty will be to help our team prep for the events each week at our Commercial Kitchen in Brighton. Previous experience in a commercial setting is a preferred, but we are willing to teach the right candidate. We are a scratch kitchen, and you will be trained to work with our own bulk recipes. You will be making sauces, soups, marinades, and working with a variety of proteins & vegetables.

You will be expected to work our Events/Weddings as a Banquet Chef. Where you will work under the Executive or Sous Chef who will direct you on the setup & prep for buffet & plated style meals. Many of these events are Thursday-Sunday.

You will be trained to be a "Catering Lead" (which has additional pay) Where you will be in charge of smaller event in/around the Brighton area.

This position requires a flexible schedule as our events are at different times/locations through ought each week. A typical schedule is a 6 hour work day. Prep in the kitchen is usually from 9AM-3PM 2-3 days a week Wednesday-Sat. Event days are 2PM-9PM 2-3 days a week Thurs-Sun.

One of the first things I can remember is making a pineapple upside down cake with my grandmother!
Even though it was a boxed mix, she taught me to swap the water for the juice in the pineapple ring can.
Still one of my favorite treats to this day!

All meals come packaged in freezer safe Ziploc bags with printed instruction for cooking. They contain the main protein, marinade/sauce, and some have vegetables/beans. For chicken breast, pork roasts, and beef roasts, you get 2 lbs. of meat per meal on a family of 4 and 3 lbs. for family of 6. Meatballs & Soup meals get 1 ½ lbs. of meat per meal on a family of 4 and 2 ½ lbs for family of 6. Pork Chops, Italian Sausage Links, and Brats, all come with 6 pieces per meal on a family of 4 and 9 pieces for family of 6.

**NEW 2 WEEK SHRED PROGRAM TRAIL**
Many have inquired about wanting to try our Shred Program, but didn't want to invest in doing the full 4 weeks. So we are doing a 2 week trial starting March 8th (meals will be delivered to you on March 7th) Here are the details for it:

-Down Payment: Just $20 down per person is required to be added to our group. Once you have paid you get added into our private group.
-In our private group, you will have access to our menu for the week that tells you which meals to pair on what days.
-Each week by Sunday at 6PM your payment of $125.00 is due (which is at a steal of under $9 per meal). This includes your 14 meals, taxes, and delivery to local areas **Certain addresses do not qualify for delivery. You are welcome to pickup or pay extra for delivery**
-On Monday we make fresh meal prep & delivery them right to your door!
