We are preparing for a fun-filled Family Fun Day - check out this line up of FREE fun at the DPFM this Saturday 9a-12p!

🤹Join us for magician, juggler and all around fun guy Jonathan Austin's 24 Hour Emergency Juggling and Magic - his BIG show starts at 10a under the market pavilion! Bring a chair, blanket or pull up a picnic table!

🎨 Creative Faces by Stephanie will be out 9a-noon painting your little ones' faces, and her little helpers will be applying tattoos, gems and washable hair color

🧘🏽‍♀️Community yoga with One Drop Yoga by Michelle Lee Landon starts at 10a on the rec center deck.

📚Henrico County Public Library book mobile visits with a story walk and the READ tent.

AND POP Club will be planting "magic" beans in honor of Jonathan's visit.

Need a break from the hot sun and sand? Our Variety Show series is back and this week we welcome Jonathan Austin's 24 Hour Emergency Juggling and Magic to the Town of Duck. This show is a fact paced, highly entertaining, and amazing juggling, magic, comedy, and unicycling show.

Jonathan will perform on the Duck Amphitheater stage on Tuesday, July 30, at 10:00 a.m. This event is a non-ticketed and FREE family-friendly comedy variety event that is sure to please everyone. We hope you can make plans to join us for the show!

Happy Republic Day, Malta! Malta became its own country in 1974. An exquisite Island Country in the Mediterranean Sea. Fun facts, broke from Great Britan in 1964, filters its drinking water from the ocean, and its language is a mixture of Arabic, Italian and English. The most heavily bombed place in WWII. Its National Dish is Rabbit Stew, not good for this magician. A population of just over half a million in one of the most beauitiful locales in the world, Malta is much sought after as a tourist destination. Go visit!
