Are there any reliable food truck/trailer builders out there?!?! Seems like a needle in a haystack search. One in Florida and one in Colorado. Gotta be something closer to NY. Any suggestions?

Have you ever tried balsamic mixed greens over you pie? It can add a delicious second layer of flavor to the palette. We add lots of different fresh greens or marinated veggies to our specialty pies to bring you a gastronomic explosion of flavor. It also works with pepperoni or sausage pies. 😃

With the chill in the air I figured it was a good time to fire up a hot oven. Gearing back up to start catering again and working on a food trailer for fall. Cannot wait to be serving pizzas to you all at events again! See ya soon!
