The theme of Dylan & Chase’s B’nai Mitzvah at @templebethelbocaraton in Boca Raton was✨Las Vegas✨. Vegas also happens to be one of my favorite destinations, so I was so excited to plan an absolutely incredible weekend for this iconic family! The design and aesthetic were influenced by the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens for the adults, and @jmeventproductions created stunning work for the centerpieces and decor to reflect that. The thriving Vegas vibe was the theme in Dylan and Chase’s lounge for their friends. We had numerous performances throughout the celebration inspired by the best of the city’s nightlife. Dylan and Chase were escorted into their party by Vegas showgirls, along with engagements by contortionists, champagne girls, LED hula hoop performers, living trees, and mentalist Larry Greenberg. This was paired with music and entertainment by @rockwithu, who kept the dance floor packed all night.

I did it! After a successful career in the event industry, it has always been my passion to form my own event planning company. I saw a definite need in the event industry to elevate the client experience. Planning, creating, and executing is only a part of what my definition of an event planner is. It is also about providing a level of Event Service like no other in a warm and happy environment.
I love getting to know my clients. In fact, many of my past clients I am proud to call them friends. You will see I love what I do and the benefit of my 17 years of event planning experience. Hi! My name is Nikki Sullivan and I am your Wedding & Event Guru! It seems kind of funny using the term “Guru” after the path my career has taken, but everything I’ve done has led me here. I didn't always work in this field; I started out working with kids, which helped me realize my passion for helping people. Then it dawned on me, how amazing it would be to help people plan and execute events on the greatest days of their life! So I took a leap of faith and jumped head first into the world of Event Planning. Ever since then it’s been an exciting adventure and a huge part of who I am. Dedication is not just a word to me, it’s a way of life. Having recently just gotten married myself, I understand all those stressors and little things (final counts, room diagrams, stress relief venting sessions,etc.) that need attention on your special day. Delivering amazing service is something I strive for with each and every client and at the end of your event we are like a family. When I'm not planning your dream wedding, you can find me riding my beach cruiser along the beach to the yoga studio. My husband and I have two dogs and I was raised in Sunny South Florida.
What I Love
Baking is my stress relief! I love all genres of music, especially country and classic rock(should’ve been an 80’s baby). I love quotes! One specifically that resonates with me most is “Be the change you wish to see in the world” – Gandhi. Each and every day, my goal is to make a difference. I can't wait to begin helping you plan your big day and our next adventure!
