is a Brooklyn-based husband and wife team that make barbecue that draws on inspiration from all over the world, using old-world techniques to make new-world classics. Inspired in equal parts by live-fire cooking and the low-and-slow smoke techniques of Texas and the American South, it's best described as an irreverent but intentional hootenanny.
