Can’t beat our world famous aged dough with autolyse, NY PH water, wild yeast, and our multi flour blend, hand crushed tomatoes made with lots of love topped with our firehouse cheese blend. We don’t buy what the other guys are doing. We are local, real, fresh and no gimmicks here. Wood fired to finish in 90 seconds!
That’s why we were a top 3 finisher at the international pizza competition and voted best pizza 5 years in a row in Wyoming.
