The Meadow Creek Ultimate Caterer is finished and ready to go to work making some great BBQ!
We will have this beast at the PA BBQ FEST on June 24th and 25th. BBQ Fest is held at Jim Dietrich Park in Tuckerton (North Reading)

We will also have the Funnel Cake stand there..

Awesome day here at Rising River Brewing!

What an awesome venue! Pet & Kid friendly, 45x50 deck with Tiki Bar, Fireplaces, and 3 acres of yard with Adirondack Chairs Fire Pits, Adult & Kid Games, and all along the Little Lehigh River...

Just a couple pics of our 1/2 Pulled Pork and Brisket Sandwiches. Also had Smoked Wings, Rib Boats, and our 4 Cheese Macaroni and Cheese!!!

We are having our very first "PRIME DAY" on Friday, April 14th!

We will be offering only USDA PRIME Beef Brisket and Prime Rib Dinners.

14oz "Lightly Smoked then Roasted" Prime Rib Dinner with Baked Potato, Baked Cream Corn and Dinner Roll. AuJus & Horsey Sauce included - $35

Beef Brisket with Macaroni & Cheese, Baked Beans and Dinner Roll. Choice of BBQ Sauces included - $25

Pickup in Myerstown between 4-6pm on Friday.

Had our first event of the year yesterday, it was a challenging in the weather conditions but things went off without a hitch..
"Shamrock Scramble" Golf Tournament at Manor Golf Club in Sinking Springs.
Menu was BBQ Chicken, lightly smoked Country and Country Cheddar Sausage, Colcannon Potatoes and buttered Green Beans w/ Bacon...
If you have not tried Colcannon Potatoes, you really need to 👍

Some new and exciting things happening here at Bill's OP BBQ!

Just got word today that we will be setting up our Beef Jerky Stand at the 2023 PA BBQ Festival on June 24th & 25th! If you love BBQ, and everything that goes with it, come out and enjoy this festival.

Regarding our Beef Jerky, you can now find our jerky in "The Market at Lorah's Chocolates" in Brickerville, and at "Finds on the Fritz" in Sinking Spring.

Our BBQ Catering business is gearing up for a busy upcoming season as well. Besides our busy catering schedule, we look forward to collaborating with my cousins brewery, Rising River Brewing in Macungie, PA.

Their brewery has been named the Best New Brewery in PA, as well as the Best Destination Brewery in PA. We have an exciting event called "The Great American BBQ" planned for July 1st at the River. Check out their FB page for more event details.

Keep an eye out for a few pop up roadside BBQ's as well. We purchased an upgraded BBQ trailer that will accommodate this model of service.

One small example of the cost of quality:

We only utilize L&P Worcestershire Sauce in our jerky recipes. Current price per gallon is around $24 wholesale. On the other hand, French's Worcestershire Sauce is $8!

And then there is inflation, L&P has gone from $12 to $24!

Just one small example.

At least Kikkoman Soy Sauce stayed about the same 👍
