Update - I didn’t make the cut .. but I did learn I had people from all points In my life that celebrated me on this journey…

on this platform we don’t post losses ,the auditions we wanted but didn’t make ,the ways we come up short ..
But I felt like it was just as important to post this .. because I really was about to not even give myself a try to begin with . I was getting all kinds of reminders from the competition before the cut for top 20.. and I listened to that small voice telling me “would it even matter fr ,it’s all such a gamble “.
But in last hours I was able to muster up enough courage ,put aside my fear of failure and reach out to you guys ..
the love ,the messages ,the immediate responses ..I honestly want to say just thank you …
I moved in faith towards this opportunity and you guys kept me going ..

And the race will continue.. 💯💕

Hopefully seeing this ,encourages someone to just step out on faith .. and trust what you have✨🫶🏾..love yallll

So behind the scenes I’ve entered for this competition, & so far I’ve made it to the top 15 🥹🤍..
This process started at top 40 in my group and now it’s getting down to nitty gritty…😮‍💨

I realized that I have been dealing with slight imposter syndrome, because I was lowkey talking myself out of taking this opportunity seriously up until the last day of the first round cuts..🤣🤣
believing in everyone else but me -when it comes to my music ..

but this opportunity would be great and help me to be consistent with putting out music and properly marketing myself -without thinking “how I’m gonna survive until my next check after I put out this song ,etc”
I would get the chance to be mentored by theeeee busta rhymes 😩🥹😮‍💨🤩.. and many others.

Being an all around artist is difficult but I decided that giving up on my destiny is not even an option.. I’m not the first artist to struggle and push on and I won’t be the last but I owe it to me .
It’s truly personal-sooooo if you like what I’m doing / see yourself in me vote for ya girllllll.. 🥹
