A very red lobster 🦞 bake we did at a private residence retreat in Averill Park. The host asked to setup our popular charcuterie grazing table for the appetizer hour and then for dinner we setup a buffet that was finished with a freshly steamed Lobster for all 60 guests. Just a few of the passed hors d'oeuvres we preparred onsite for an awesome couple. They also had us display a beautiful charcuterie grazing table in the Dutch barn at the Providence Barn of Stone Arabia.

We were blessed by a beautiful 😍 sunset at the end of our service.

One of the founding members of Deets Market and Deets Fish Fry in Lansingburgh NY, was our Father/Grandfather, Stephen Deets. He is pictured here and was a veteran of WWII and we are honored he fought for this great nation and our future. God bless America and God bless our veterans
