Tomorrow marks 1 year since my dear friend and mentor passed away. Susie was one of my biggest cheerleaders, always waiting for my call to fill her in on my most recent projects. She was one of my biggest support systems; she always had my back no matter what. And she was one of my greatest teachers, always sharing advice on how to be the best me. To say I miss her dearly would be an understatement.

Dear Susie,
Thank you. Thank you for taking me under your wing early on in my career and sharing all your expert tips with me. Thank you for being the backbone of the team as we produced beautiful wedding celebrations together. Thank you for your unending support, for holding me up during the moments I didn’t think I could carry on, for always having my back through every challenging event situation we encountered.
Working with you was magic ✨ You were a visionary, a true master with your floral designs. I knew I could tackle any event with you, Carol and your team by my side. I will forever cherish all of the check in texts you sent me during our events and all of the follow up calls the next day to see how I was.
I truly owe so much of my success to you and your support through the years. Your mentorship and dear friendship will never be forgotten.
My heart is absolutely shattered knowing you aren’t here with us… that we won’t get the chance to produce another beautiful event together earth-side, that we won’t get to sit and chat about all that’s going on in our lives, that I won’t get to hug you.. BUT I’m thankful that this is truly “see you real soon” instead of goodbye because I know you’re in heaven. And when we meet each other at those Pearly Gates, we will join forces once again and create beautiful events for our King Jesus.

Things have been a little quiet around here because… I’ve been growing our precious Baby Girl 💗
After over 4 years of struggling with infertility, God surprised us with a miracle! Chris and I are over the moon to be welcoming this little one in less than 8 weeks! Her official due date is Chris’s birthday, April 5th, but I’m praying for a March arrival 🙏🏻 Pregnancy has been pretty rough for me, however I’m thankful to be carrying this incredible gift!
Many have asked what is going to happen after she arrives - This year will look a little lighter as we adjust to baby girl joining our lives, but we will continue to celebrate all the special moments we are honored to be a part of! The parties don’t stop.. so we won’t either 💕

I'm so honored to have had this gorgeous Cinderella Inspired wedding editorial featured on Glamour and Grace Weddings!

This editorial was inspired by the HANDMADE custom bridal gown by Catrina Munoz Bridal, the first in her personal designer collection.

Upon seeing images of the dress, I was instantly inspired to design with soft blues and peach hues, just like Cinderella. And of course with the perfect countryside cottage backdrop of Hummingbird Estate, a Cinderella theme was perfect.

Chris truly is my biggest supporter and the one who pushes me to be the best version of myself daily. I wouldn’t be able to do what I do if I didn’t have him in my corner.

He’s so kind. He always has a willing heart and is up for anything. He has a laugh that is larger than life. And he’s my best friend. I’m so thankful to do life with him by my side 💕
