Second, we take time to make it right. Whether it be a large banquet or an afternoon pick-up we inspect our We are a locally owned BBQ food trailer and we offer pick up and onsite catering. We park Wednesday through Saturday from 11am until we sell out, which is close to 6pm. Give us a call to see what's still available. We are an approved Palm Beach County Park vendor.

Dear BBQ Family
We wanted to say thank you for all the support you have given us over the years. It has brought us great joy to serve you guys.
Unfortunately, the changes to the food service industry were more than we could handle. I have been blessed to return to my previous trade of home technologies and have been doing this for about a year now. It has been great.
We will be doing something new with Burnt Offering in the future and until then, we want to wish all of you a happy and merry holiday season!
