Mid week felt like a good time to do an introduction. I'm Chance and if you find yourself here, I'm thankful you are following my work. I'm an abstract artist and for the last 15 years I've made a living being an artist and  freelance photographer in California. My desire at this moment is to make the best work possible…share it with as many of you as possible and begin to create a community of likeminded people to join me in making Art more important. Downtown Fresno | such a fun challenge to undertake.

The last 6 days have been very unexpected for two reasons. The first being they were spent in the hospital trying to discover why the right side of my body went limp. The second was seeing how intricately God used strangers, and especially friends and family to meet our needs. We’ve had meal set ups, childcare, encouraging texts, phone calls, visits and a great staff here making sure we are getting the help we need. Dominique and I could not have done it without so many of you. The past two weeks have been very emotional, but I’m so glad to have the most amazing wife to walk through it with me. In a very short time I’ve learned a lot about myself and I know going forward I will have a lot more to learn. It’s looking like more doctors visits, physical therapy and trips to the Bay Area for specialized treatments are in our immediate future, but I feel peace about it somehow. The good news is, my treatment here is working and I’m more excited than ever to get back to life and work! Thank you to everyone who’s been patient with me the last few weeks. And to all of you that have sent us messages and given us hopeful words, they have meant so much. This has definitely been a rollercoaster of challenges, but the perspective has made me more grateful than ever. Again, Dom and I thank you. To quote George Costanza “I’m back baby!”
