Why so much pressure and hype before the ceremony?

1) it’s usually more traditional and formal

2) all eyes on you two 👀

Things we have learned to help relieve some stress pre-ceremony below 👇🏼

⛪️ know it’s okay to feel nervous. You’re about to walk into the rest of your life so feeling nervous is aye okay!

⛪️ opt for a first look! This way the person that makes you the most happy can help put your mind at ease

⛪️ most of the time you have a lot of people in the room with you getting ready, ask for a moment just to have a second to breath and process

⛪️ my person favorite… call in Missy Elliot, Beyoncé, and Dua Lipa to have a dance party with your girls to shake off all the nerves.

I have been known to give a side eye when someone bumps one before the wedding and continued to keep walking 😒
I truly almost have it down to an equation 📐📏

Immediate Need
1) Intimate Events Specialist: We are looking for someone to manage and coordinate elopements and microweddings. This person is enthusiastic, professional, warm, and highly organized. They are hardworking and put hospitality at the forefront of their mind. Event experience is highly preferred but we are open to individuals with relevant experience who are eager to learn ✨

Coming soon (March/April 2022 Start Date):
2) Venue Host: Part time, primarily weekends role. Come be part of incredibly joyous days! You will serve as a venue liaison on wedding days and be responsible for making sure the venue is top notch at all times. This includes everything from the glamorous (taking photos of behind the scenes) to necessary (keeping toilet paper stocked, wiping up spills, etc). This is a great part time role for a hardworking individual who loves this industry and has weekend availability. Room for growth with this role!

3) Set Up Crew: 💪 looking for 2 or more people who are comfortable lifting heavy things (hello genuine farm tables) for consistent work April-November on weekend mornings and some weekdays as well. You are primarily behind-the-scenes but you are hardworking, work great in a team, and genuinely care about getting it right because there are no do-overs on wedding days 💍.

We can’t wait to meet our new team members!!

We have a business coach that we work with in the off season to dive into our online presence and our workflow with clients.

We are also participating in to build our team to be bigger and better.

These things are so important to us as a company! And I secretly miss school…. Yup one of those kids haha
