Personal post and a business shout out…

We’ve been in a hotel since hurricane Helene and we’re just now getting furniture delivered to our temporary apartment SIX days before Christmas!

I as an adult understand that life happens and you have to roll with the punches. My 7 year old on the other hand was pretty bummed that we aren’t in our house, we probably wouldn’t do a tree this year, and her wasn’t showing up. What’s a busy mom to do?!

You hire SHE Event Co. last minute to make sure your kid is happy! When I tell you this tree is ALL THE THINGS!!!! Every single detail was crafted with thought and I couldn’t be more pleased. I can’t wait to see the look on my daughter’s face!

I’m already getting on next year’s schedule, because I can’t go backwards 😂 You should book her, too! Luxury Christmas tree decorating!!!

Who doesn’t love a ?! I know we do!!

We enjoyed catering the holiday party for Internal Medicine Associates of Greenville. In addition to the taco bar they also had a 2nd buffet of fried ravioli, veggie spring rolls, cheeseburger sliders, and our spinach dip.

It's EUPHORIA WEEK, people! My absolute most favorite event of the year!!!

You can catch me on Saturday at Feast by the Field!!

Year one, we brought the Caribbean flavors with a jerk meatball and pineapple/mango salsa.
Year two, we brought the flavors of Mexico with a grilled shrimp taco with jalapeño slaw and chipotle crema.

What do you think we're bringing for our third year?!?! Here's a hint ... New Orleans 😎

Conchiglie pasta aka shells in a garlic cream sauce topped with crispy parmesan crusted chicken.

This was ready in less than 30 minutes, and it was not lacking in flavor. I love simplicity.
