Make your Own Wreath!
Monday, December 11, 7pm
Hardin Central Ag room

If you love to work with your hands and learn new crafts, please join us at the Hardin Central FFA building on Monday at 7pm for a hand tied Wreath-making class! You’ll receive all the greenery, wire frame, and ribbons and baubles to make it your own. The approximate finished size is 24” (size will vary!) and the class cost is $40. Please consider bringing your own gardening gloves, wear long sleeves, and bring any special embellishments of your own and we will help you create your custom wreath! Class size is limited, please call us or email now to join!

Kiddos are back in school, weather is slowly changing… fall is on its way. The dahlias shine this time of year, don’t they? I didn’t really FEEL like harvesting after a long week, but once I stepped foot in the garden, I knew. These beauties need new homes where they can shine. Find us under the clock tower, OPFM. Enjoy your weekend!

It is absolutely GORGEOUS outside right now, and we have the blooms!! It’s the perfect weekend to come by and pick your veggies for the upcoming school week(😳) AND grab a bouquet for your teacher, senior, freshman, the newly empty-nester mother… you name it, we’ve got blooms to celebrate it!

We are under the pavilion in Becky’s usual spot. Find us before the heat does!

We stayed home from market today, as the Middle Green Gardener had a red eye back from his adventures in Utah… family, fishing, and lots of adventuring.

This means we have PLENTY of flowers still to sell, and will be taking orders via Facebook all weekend, as well as bringing a few bouqs to our favorite local spots… and we will be at Lexington market tomorrow, weather permitting!

So get in touch if you’d like one for yourself, they are beautiful and fresh cut. As always, we thank you kindly for your support!

Forgot to remind everyone we are at market today, BUT most of you came anyhow! We appreciate you. It’s the burnout time of year for market farmers, and seeing continued sales is really helpful when the summer lags on. We’ve started drying flowers for the fall, and they are doing really well. We have a few new crafty items coming along. Website still under construction but you can get in touch with us via any media or by text!

Here a little gem from this morning: Miss Daisy chose them all herself!

Deadheading the zinnias and sunnies! July is over, and with it the slowest flower month has passed. We’ve spent less time in the garden and more time at home together this month and it was the best decision.

We’ve got dozens of different seedlings almost ready to plant for fall blooms and to overwinter for next year. Working on some updates to the business as well, including new items, a better website, and instant ordering.

We will be selling our fresh cut blooms at the Hardin American Legion Building tomorrow morning, so be sure to stop by and say hi! You can pay on your way in, and pick up on your way home. We have a few homemade goodies as well🥰
