Place setting.... A very important detail to be discussed with your coordinator and caterer. Make sure you plan decor for long and round tables as well!

Cake cutting feelings....☺😅

You don't have to necessarily ask your DJ to announce the cake cutting time. Some couples prefer to do it privately, or you can do just like Emma and John....go cut the cake when nobody is looking at you! 😉🤣

So glad I was B&C's wedding coordinator!! They eloped in Hawaii a few weeks before the wedding reception at the beautiful - and still a lot of details to coordinate!!

A wedding coordinator is one of the most important vendors you hire! We are responsible for so many things:
Review vendors contract, floor plan creation, timeline creation, meetings with vendors, run rehearsals, check the weather the week of the wedding...the list is endless!!!

Having a final walkthrough at your venue is so important!! At least 2 months before the wedding we will meet at the wedding location and talk about lots of details that we dont want to miss!!
