This month we're turning Wit & Wizardry - Comedy Magic Cabaret into a special close-up magic theatre to showcase the expert sleight-of-hand skills of our featured guest; Al Grose.

Finished packing up 100+ magic kits for a full day of classroom workshops tomorrow.

My interest in magic was sparked at a young age, and it truly changed my life. It's fun for everybody to try out, and for most it's a temporary curiosity, but I always hope there's that young "me" in the group, too.

I just got off a conference call with Ra, the Egyptian Sun God, and he reminded me to remind you of the extended solar worship hours now in effect. As such, Wit & Wizardry - Comedy Magic Cabaret is moving to 8 PM shows for the summer months in his honour.

Gross! I found a scammer trying to profit off the Wit & Wizardry - Comedy Magic Cabaret. This person did not buy tickets. Everyone who did was at the show!

Plus, my ticket policy is extremely relaxed. If you can't attend for any reason I will freely transfer to another date, or refund. Even if it happens at the last minute. My shows are made to create fun, not stress.

Be smart, stay safe, and leave the tricks to the magicians. 😉

I know the majority of Calgarians probably looked out their window today and though "Oh my! All this snow! How will I get to Wit & Wizardry - Comedy Magic Cabaret next Wednesday!?!"

I hear you. I understand your concern.

On your behalf I have phoned the City of Calgary Municipal Services line, multiple times, to implore that the roads must be plowed for their citizens to access this amazing and funny magic show seven days from now.

"I assure you, sir, Wit & Wizardry - Comedy Magic Cabaret is the highest priority for the entire maintenance team this week." 🙏

Through wind, snow, sleet, and hail the show must go on, and you will get your monthly dose of magic tricks.

This month the Wit & Wizardry - Comedy Magic Cabaret is excited to welcome Lothar Malmberg as a special guest. This is about as close as we'll get to meeting a *real* wizard!

Lothar is a magician, storyteller and mystery entertainer. He tells stories rooted in the past, yet makes them come alive in the present. He connects us with the history and the mystery of the world around us. Get your tickets for what promises to be a very unique evening of magic, comedy, and stories!
