Finding inspiration in Normandy. It's such a lush growing ares, which makes my agricultural heart happy. Here we learned so much about the making of calvados from a family who has been growing orchards for hundreds of years and many generations. The intensity of the colors of early autumn, and how green the grass is, were gorgeous. And listening to the work of crop rotation, ages of trees, honey making as a by-product of a healthy, pollinated orchard. It's an area that's been through so much, historically. Such as hiding calvados & food from the N***s, but sharing it with the Americans, Australians, Canadians & English. To learn the history & experience this area in harmonious times was a gift.

How about a little fruit with your flowers? We loved adding branches of tangerines to this large design & wedding table at the wedding show . They arch gracefully and add color, texture & interest. In the past, we've used apples, pears, figs, pomegranates & more. Always striving for unique designs!

Website Update! We've been working on updates to represent Real Weddings on our site. While we love a good photo shoot, the details & emotions of a real wedding are unique to every couple. We're honored to have worked with so many and have started with just a sample. (Link in bio to see more) In this era of over-saturation with AI or other staged images, we want to represent the authentic. If we flowered your event & haven't posted it yet, send us a reminder! We admit we go down the rabbit hole looking at hundreds of images. It takes a little time to curate those that represent your flowers & the overall feeling of your day. We'll be at the Wedding Show this Sunday from 10-3! If you or anyone you know is planning a wedding, come see this stunning venue at the base of Mt Si. There's truly no place like it. Local preferred vendors, like us, will be there to answer your questions & help you plan.

We love to share this information in Valentine's season. There are so many varieties of roses, and there's different reasons to use all of them. When we hear people say "I don't like roses", we wonder if they've only seen standard roses. These are the type usually seen in grocery stores & quick online order systems. They're hardy & long lasting, and sometimes we use special colors of standard roses. But garden roses- wow- they are special! They open more like peonies and have so many petals! Look for our designs to include garden roses, spray roses, and other unique blooms. Because we want our clients to have something extra special!
