BTS with JamiEvents
This wedding has a beautiful story. The weather forecast was not our friend on the morning of the wedding, 50% chance of scattered showers throughout the day. As a planner there is very little worse to hear. I want to give my client plan A, the outdoor ceremony of her dreams, but also want to be realistic with the chance of heavy rains in the evening. So, with the help of one of my favorite venues, @the_millstone, we set up two ceremony sites. One indoor and one outdoor. And for the first time in the history of my company, we got to use both. We started at the gorgeous outdoor ceremony site, decorated by the talented @simplyyoursandco and partway through the vows, the rainstorm hit. The bride gave me a quick nod, and we all rushed inside to finish the ceremony at the cozy and Romantic, indoor ceremony location.
Having a experienced planner will give you the peace of mind that no matter what is thrown at us on wedding day you have somebody in your corner, thinking ahead and troubleshooting in the moment. My staff was amazing on wedding day and had the room flipped for dinner within 25 minutes. With the right planning and assembling the right team, dreams do come true.

A little sample of my Millstone weddings
Another double wedding weekend for @jamieventstn. This first wedding was at Millstone and there was such a sense of peace and joy in the air. I was able to be this sweet bride's wedding planner, which meant I helped her create her wedding team according to her style. We put together a true dream team and even with a few vendor hiccups toward the end, we filled in with incredible replacements. I knew this day would go smoothly when the team came together because everyone on the team was professional and excellent at their craft! From set up to clean up, the clients were able to enjoy their day while the pros did their thing.
Having a wedding planner vs a wedding coordinator makes a huge difference! Planners know the best vendors and who works best together, that's valuable info!!
