A look at Emily and Luke's elopement at Sapphire Point Overlook. This was back in 2023, before there were so many limitations and challenges of booking this stie.

For 2025, there are many blackout dates when Sapphire Point won't be available:

1. The site will be totally closed from June 2 – June 20, 2025.

2. The site is not allowing reservations from September through mid-November, 2025 due to trail restoration and maintenance work.

3. There will be further intermittent closures at Sapphire Point throughout 2025. These dates have not yet been released.

We continue to advise use of Sapphire Point only for winter elopements due to the ongoing limitations and restrictions of the site.

We had such fun working with Ashley and Tyler for their Colorado elopement last fall. And the weather was gorgeous for their October elopement in Breckenridge.

Garden of the Gods is a popular spot for elopements as well as for the general public to go and walk about marveling at the gorgeous rock formations and mountain views. That can present a challenge for the couple that wants privacy for their Garden of the Gods elopement. Fortunately, we know the lesser known sites here where we can tuck in for a private ceremony.

Elopements at Garden of the Gods can be held at any time of year. There was only a dusting of snow for Mary Margaret and Giulio's winter elopement, but it was enough to look amazing against the red rocks.

We're featuring our Garden of the Gods elopements this week. I can't believe these two just celebrated their 8 year anniversary! I remember their elopement like it was yesterday because it poured rain right up until their ceremony time. We were just about to divert them to plan B when the sun came out.
