The cookie that changed my life...no, seriously. I've never been much of a "cookie person", but I set out to develop some cookie recipes that were REALLY great, and my "Big Bake Stuffed Biscoff" was born. It's a very moist cinnamon-flavored cookie, stuffed with cinnamon chips and a creamy Speculoos center. OK, now I'm a cookie person.

Warning! This is no "small bite"! I've been working on perfecting some "Big Bake" cookie recipes, to add to the Small Bites Catering & Party Services website soon! [This is a chocolate chip peanut butter cookie, with a stuffed peanut butter filling (just like a Reese's pb cup), topped with peanut butter and chocolate drizzle and chopped peanuts.]

We could only fit about 400 of the 500 desserts (I shouldn't exaggerate; it was only 498!) on the table for Lauren & Samuel's wedding. It was a spectacular display of awesome sugary goodness! You could tell this bride cared about her guests, with eleven different choices for dessert. Blessings to the bride and groom; may your love always be as plentiful as your wedding dessert table!

I love catering micro-weddings; and this micro-wedding had a ton of food! 😁 They started with a social hour with a charcuterie table, then a hot meal, and then, a cutting cake for the bride and groom along with filled cupcakes for dessert.
