We have some amazing people working with us! All of these Taco Slingers are taking their talents to new adventures and making this world a better place! be attending the Navy Academy in the fall; ._erb helped me start this business and kicked ass! She just got pinned as a firefighter!.menicou has been playing rugby at Long Beach State and will graduate soon and attend firefighter academy... (hopefully closer to home, hint hint) will attend UNR and go to their pre-Veterinary program; Brody will be quarterback at the Air Force Academy; Christian will be playing running back in Idaho; and will be destroying his opponents at San Jose State!! And Maya is still deciding which of the many schools that have accepted her she will go! (I pick Chico or Long Beach! Play some Rugby or something!) How did we get so lucky to have these awesome kids work with us! Fiesta del Sol, catering is so dang proud of all of you! Love you guys!

As crazy as it gets serving 200 people delicious food at a wedding, we love it and have a great time doing it every time! It was so much fun serving at this beautiful venue! Thank you Lindsay and Triston for allowing us to serve you and your guests! Everyone was great and seemed to like the food! (Didn’t get many action shots of the guests getting food and eating because I was running back and forth with hot tortillas! So enjoy the pictures of our staff!)
