I’m always interested to see everyone’s turkeys and their ‘must haves’! I did a little something new (I NEVER experiment on thanksgiving 👀) But I did a brine for 24 hours, a Cajun/lemon/all the herbs from the garden compound butter and stuffed it EVERYWHERE on that bird and left it in the fridge for another 24 hours. Then while cooking I put a Sherry soaked cheese cloth over it. This is hands down the best Turkey I’ve ever made! So juicy, so flavorful and crispy skin. And our family’s must have is a relish tray (need to double up next yr bc the kids are pickle heads!😂) and deviled eggs 🤤🤤🤤

Oh wow we had the best time! The turn out was wayyyy more than I expected! Couldn’t have done it without Dee Yates Greve! Thank you to all of my friends, family and my oh so special customers that came by to see us! I hope you all had a blast tonight. Made my heart happy to see all of the kiddos!
