Started more than a decade ago right about the time of Pastor Jon’s calling. The Baker's realized it was put on their hearts to mold through their gifts of music, drama, theater, humor, makeup, creativity and much more a ministry eventually blossom in something much larger. A “ground ponder” movement at first if you would to reach out to the service members that otherwise might not go to church

that would. To share the story of salvation and blessings to those that might not hear it or know what to listen for. Jon would share his love for couples and help his fellow Sailor's get married whenever he could. Seeing this need for Ministers and Officiants he continued on sharing the Love of Jesus Christ and the Gospel everywhere he could. In the beginning of the ministry, Jon aimed to equip the Sailors then the other branches ideally with a bible of their service; i.e. “The Sailor’s Bible” for a sailor… and so on. Jon used this ministry to work with the local military Chapel teams. Educating them in order to help organize and facilitate military “Revivals” at forward camps and aboard ships and base as he is able to in order reach even more.
